Your Advocate acts as your account representative to quarterback your transportation-related needs where we believe personal touch is most effective, and beyond the ability of our technology and algorithms. If they can't address your need they bring in the proper professionals on our team to assist you.

What is an Alana Certified vehicle?
What is an Alana Certified vehicle?
All vehicles that meet state safety standards and are up-to-date with all needed maintenance and repair qualify for certification. The age or mileage of vehicle is not a factor for being excluded from certification. If the vehicle does not meet certification standards, members receive discounted labor rates and parts using our mobile service or pre-negotiated labor rates with our network of service centers.

Once certified, receive up to $500 toward mechanical or appearance-related labor, annually. When you are ready to sell your vehicle, certification guarantees if we can't find a buyer within 30 days we or one of our dealers will buy it at a mutually agreed upon price. Left stranded by an ALANA Certified vehicle, we will cover roadside assistance or towing, if needed.
